'Web Player' in Authorised Apps.

I have recently noticed a new app in my 'Authorised Apps' section, with a name along the lines of 'Spotify Web Player', 'Mobile Web Player' or 'Web Player' (I cannot quite remember as I revoked immediately), I have not authorised a third-party app recently, nor have I noticed any unusual activity on my account, is this perhaps part of the new web player?

Yep, this is definitely related to Spotify's Web Player. If you revoke access, it'll very likely authorize itself again once you use the Web Player again.

I tried to use the web player, but it did not re-appear perhaps it will take a little while? Or maybe it stopped requiring it for the newer versions? Either way theres not much I can do.
