Hi, a family member who is part of the plan keeps getting the oops reload message and cannot play anything at all.
This happens in both chrome and firefox (we don't want to install a separate app)
Loging into a different account using the same device and the same browser in the same browser tab (i.e. the exact same environment) everithing works as expected, so I have to assume it is a problem with their account.
Is there a way to get tech support to look into it?
