Weird changes in my account, it might have been compromised

Hello,

 

Today when I executed Spotify on my computer it couldn't log in. I recovered and changed the password but when I entered Spotify I found some changes. All of my playlists had been deleted (I restored them, that's not a big problem) and, more important, my account subscription was changed from the old 4.99€ I still had to a current premium account (9.99€). I haven't made that change.

 

Can I get my previous subscription back? It's enough for my needs. Besides, is there something I should do to be sure this doesn't happen again? Of course I've already changed my password to a very secure one.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
