Weird 'now playing' notification

Hi all

I've got a family premium account and recently have started seeing a notification on my phone for a band 'now playing' that neither my wife, my daughter and I have played out searched for on our devices (we've never even heard of them).

I've logged all devices out and changed the password on the account (I'm the only person that knows this password. I log my wife and daughter in myself).

I logged back in this afternoon(wife and daughter are not currently logged in) and this same band have popped up again (see attachment).

If I click the notification, Spotify opens. Up at the top it says"playing from search" (see second attachment) but no one has searched for a band we've never heard of.

No one else has access to our account so it's not a friend using the account. As I say, only I have the password.

Anyone have any ideas what's going on?
