What happend to my playlists!?

I recently bought spotify premium after using spotify free for acouple of weeks(used to have premium before that but couldn't afford it for awhile), thing is that all my playlists have now for some unkown reason disappeared!

What makes it even more confusing is that I logged on from a friends computer today and all my old awesome playlists where still there but for some reason I did not have premium when I logged in on his computer and now when I'm back at my computer I have premium again but my playlists are gone once again!

This is making me sad, please help if possible
