What have you done with my account??!?!?!

I have been a paying Premium subscriber for several months, and was being billed $9.99 a month. Now, as of February 10, there is a charge on my account from Spotify for $119.88, and I am completely unable to access my account on my PC or on my Android phone. My playlists are gone, I can not log into my Spotify account on the website using my Spotify username, and I can't get anyone from Spotify to respond to my Contact Us submission. This is NOT OK. I did not authorize a charge of $119.88, and since you have no LIVE customer support, I am unable to get answers from anyone.
