What is sebnam.cz and how do I change my password when my account has somehow become associated with

One I can't access and can't even find their relevance to Spotify via Google?

I originally created this account through Facebook I think, and used it a lot for years without really thinking about the consequences of trying to close it down. The FAQs were unhelpful, including how to actually change my email (never created a password AFAIK because of the Facebook plugin). 

Any solutions would be gratefully received, thanks.

Sorry to see this has happened to you!

This looks to me like an account takeover but I can't confirm as we don't have access to your accounts from the forum.
Your best bet in this situation would be to take a look at this article. Our support folks will do all they can to assist 🙂
