My Question or Issue

 What is the best way to migrate from a Facebook premium account to a normal premium account while preserving Music Library and playlists? I want to basically remove Facebook from having any association with my acccount, but I would like to preserve my library and playlists. Also, if I close my current account to open a new one with the same email address, will I get a prorated refund for the current subscription so I'm not double charged for a month?

In this case, it'd be best if you reach out to us on Twitter or Facebook with your account info. We'll be able to help you transfer your tunes over to a new account so you can use Spotify without Facebook.
