What kind of premium account will get me all the music access from every country?

My Question or Issue

What kind of premium account will get me all the music access from every country? I see that, not all music is available in every country, some are greyed out. For example , I don't see Devin Townsend or Vola in India. I can't find my favourite albums in India region. It makes no sesnse if I want to discover music in an un-biased way. I don't think that it's possible to create an account with different payment plan for every country then I'd have to pay for UK differently, US differently and India differently, which makes it impossible to afford spotify.

Unfortunately such a thing does not exist, not only on Spotify but with no other service be it for music or movies that offers such a thing.
