What to do when there's no connection available

Hello,

I often go camping in areas where no cell reception is available.

I've had this happen to me too many times and it might be a deal breaker for me to stay on with Spotify.

I get logged out and I can't log back in because i don't have a connection.

I would have to drive back to a reception area which can be a pain. What's the purpose of turning it to offline mode if Spotify just logs me out and now i can't access all the downloaded songs i had planned on listening to. Pretty lames.

Hi, I guess you're a premium user. If so, you have to download the songs in a certain playlist in order for the offline mide to work. That helped at least in my case. Have a nice day.

Hey @garavena

You should keep an eye on the 'Offline devices' listed in your account settings. The same device may be added several times which may make your offline downloads to reset. Delete any duplicate or unrecognized devices you may see and let me know how it goes. 🙂
