When logging in with FB, it states that I am not a Premium user ?

Hello. I have a Premier Spotify account, which I use on 4 devices. 2 are mine., and two are my wife's. 

When logging in with my spotify username (I had an account before Spotify  joined with facebook), all is normal. I also used to be able to log in via my FB account.

However, when I log in these days with FB it says I have a free trial, ie I am not a premium member?

To confuse issues further, my Spotify account has somehow recently been linked to my wife's FB account, and after going into Mac prefernces and 'disconnecting to FB', logging out, then logging back in again, it wont allow me to connect with my own FB account?

It's frustrating, as I can no longer follow my friends' playlists, and see the friends of my wife on Spotify. Also, when logging in directly to my FB account from the outset ( ie not via the Mac preferences 'connect to FB option') it says I am on a free trial.

Sorry if this is confusing but I have tried to describe it as best as I can!
