When ordering gift voucher "payment failed" twice, but money taken by Paypal?!

Solved!

When ordering gift voucher "payment failed" twice, but money taken by Paypal?!

Hello,

I just tried to order a gift code as a birthday present.

The first time I tried to order, Paypal site tried to redirect me, and Spotify site said "Something went wrong with the payment".

"OK", I thought, "they will have rolled back the transaction" and tried to order another time, same thing happened again. Now Paypal E-Mail tells me both payments have been completed successsfully and the amount has been taken twice?!

Please get back to me as fast as possible tomorrow morning to get me my money back and send me my gift card! I don't want to show up empty handed!

Thanks, Daniel
