Where'd this punk in my Artists list come from?

When I go to my "Artists" list, there's a punk I've never heard of named "Dynoro" sucking his thumb at me (litterally). It offers to let me follow this **bleep**, so the system knows I never did and shows it to me anyway? Is Spotify playing Google and letting anyone pollute anyone's account for a fee? I PROTEST! They're going to be another **bleep**ing FaceBook if they don't cut out**bleep**!

If you haven't followed an artist, they should not appear in your Artists section. In this case, it sounds like your account has been used somewhere else. We suggest that you go through the steps provided here.
