Where did the $9.99 a month plan go?

I was kicked off my Premium subscription today, something went wrong with my payment info and so I reverted back to free this morning (unknowingly). I'm trying to resubscribe but my only options are the family plan (don't have anyone to buy in on that with me and not paying an extra five bucks for something I'm not using), student discount (won't be a college student for another few months) and the lump sum payment (which I currently can't afford). Does anyone know why I don't have an option to subscribe for $9.99 a month? Also very upset that Spotify doesn't have a customer care number, that would be way more direct and efficient.

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
