I adjusted some settings in Facebook and unfortunately I deleted te app by accident. Now spotify is logging in to a new (wrong!) spotify account that is totally empty and it is a free account but I have a premium. Help!

My husband follows a few of my lists and if he clicks on my name (as owner of the list), he still sees my account with all my music. So it's all still there. What can I do?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get your old account restored. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Just a quick question Peter. Do you know how long it usually takes to receive a response from Spotify and to get my account restored? I really need my music by thursday.... 😕

It can take up to 48 hours to get a reply from support, as long as you have replied to the automated email someone will get back to you as soon as they can.

Still no reply and/or restored account. Getting really upset and nervous, I really need my acoount this weeked for a WEDDING! So frustrated right now, nobody will answer my emails let alone restore my account. Such a shame, was so truly happy with my spotify account... But not anymore

Could you let us know the 8-digit case number from when you got in touch? It is normally in the automated email reply beside a # symbol. We can ask someone to put a rush on it for you.
