Where is my address? Can't locate it on my profile?

Hello, there! 

I may not have understood your message fully, but I will answer as best as I can.

FOR FINDING AN EMAIL ADDRESS:

You probably entered your email adress when you signed up for Spotify Premium, meaning you may be able to view it if you, on a computer:

1. Sign In to your account
2. Click on the "profile" link at the top right of your page
3. Select "account"
4. Scroll down on the page until you reach the "account overview" portion.
5. Look at this portion until you find your email adress, or select "edit profile" for more details.

FOR FINDING A MAILING ADDRESS

Spotify does not ask for a mailing address, as far as I can tell. It may not be possible to find it, if this is the case.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, you can't find your physical address info in your Spotify account for security reasons. If you're having trouble joining a Premium for Family plan, I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
