Hi there, @orospuarya

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community 🙂

That's right, you'll no longer be able to listen offline or access Premium features, but you won't lose your playlists/saved songs.

We have some more info on Free at https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/spotify-free-on-your-mobil...

This link might also help you to compare:

Let us know if this helps 🙂

Thanks,

Hi Melody,

Can you please clarify if you need to first download all of your playlists and liked songs before switching from Premium to Free? As well, what happens to the algorithm used in suggesting songs. Presumably over the years of using Premium you have honed that such that Spotify has a better handle on what to push your way. Does this reset in the transition from Premium to Free?

Thank you,

Lauren

Hey there @lauren_mal,

I've replied to your other post here. Check it out. The algorithm will also not be affected by the change 🙂

Cheers.
