I will like to get a refund from Spotify. To explain and decide if I qualify for one, who do I contact?

My question is ....
Why do they have this number for a contact number when it belongs to VERIZON 646-837-5380.
Thats the number my credit card people hve on file for SPOTIFY.
Makes no sense.
I nvr gave them permission to use my card for n e thing.
Haven't heard back from em n most likely wont.
They charged my card $14.99 .
I nvr upgraded my account.
What company does not own a CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER to begin with.
Im canceling my free account with em.
Can't trust em n e more.
