Why I can't buy an offer another time?

Hi guys,

I'm a spotify premium user for 6 months ago, I started Spotify with the offer of 3 months per 0,99€, and actually I'm buying spotify premium per 9.99€.

Yesterday I saw the same offer, (3Months - 0.99€), but I can't buy this offer another time.

WHY I can't buy this offer another time??  -.-

I am a very active user and I would like have more offers.

Unfortunately the offer is for Free users only who havent had any Premium trials before.
