One of my family isn't verify the account and she can't use my premium family plan even I have invite her again. The invitation mail already send but when she fill out her information, the system told that she can't use. I try it several times.

I'm sorry about that. Could you please ask her to try again, this time using different browsers in her computer? It's also important to clear cache/cookies before.

Why don't you try reading this FAQ or contact Spotify support if you still need help by clicking on the link and following the instructions below.

When you reach there select
Subscription -> Premium for family.
You'll be sent to a page with an article that solves most common family premium errors. If your problem still persists, you can scroll to the bottom of the page and select "I still need help".
You'll then be taken to a new page that lets you contact Spotify support directly and they're sure to sort this out for you!
