Spotify was open for iran in a few weeks ago, this blocking has happend recently, as a premuim cusomter I don't find this acceptable.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having.

Spotify has never been available in Iran. Spotify wants to be available in every country, but before that happens licensing deals have to be agreed upon with the music labels.

You might have been using a VPN to use Spotify unofficially.
