Why Spotify does not let me change my country???

Hi all, I've just moved back permanently to Italy from the UK and I've noticed that Spotify does not let me change the country without having to switch to Premium.

There is a label that is asking to update the payment method but I don't have any payment methods associated and the link brings me to the Switch to Premium version???

Any help here?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you change the country
