Why Spotify is **bleep**

I have trusted Spotify with my money and with my music library, I am now abroad and every song I have downloaded and made available offline dissapeard and came back onto my iPhone but none of it is downloaded, my phone is now trying to download some 1600 tracks and the wifi abroad isn't strong enough to support it, I've been left with no music, your product of Spotify has completely ruined my track list and your service is so shocking I am horrified to of given you my money, fix it or go **bleep** yourselves

First of all, which iOS and version of Spotify are you using? Did this change occur after a particular change or update of the device/Spotify? Also, how many devices show when you login to Spotify over at https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/?

 

I'd love to investigate this issue with you further.
