Why am I being charged for premium?

Why am I being charged for premium?

I recently checked my bank account and I have been charged £9.99 for spotify premium, I checked my subscription and as I thought I don't have Spotify premium.

Hi. Check with the same account on the spotify's website that you have set your payment methods with that credit card. Also, verify that you have a receipt of a payment.....all in www.spotify.com

 

If you have your receipt and that is the correct account and you don't have premium....you should contact spotify directly to fix the problem: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ Fill the form, explain the problem and theyll contact you within 24 hrs.
