Why am I charged 08.20.2015 and still not have Premium?

Hello customer service!

I am a Premium Customer and reasently my accont Premium stopped as a low credit om my card. Thats OK. The thing si that Spotify didn't waiti a "long time"  to close Premium. But my account is recharged 08.20.2015 for Premium and I really thougt this was autofixed right in to Premium again. So where is my Premium? I think this isnt a new issue in spotify, so why am I still on comersial/free trail?

Sorry to hear about this, but you're going to need to contact Spotify.

 

You can't always get help from the Spotify help page or community, and Spotify knows that.
