I'm sorry to hear that you're still seeing ads and can't play what you want even though you have a Premium subscription, mine did that for a couple hours after upgrading too..

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Check your account status:

    • Make sure you're signed in to the correct account that has the Premium subscription.
    • Check your account status on the Spotify website or app to confirm that your subscription is active.
  2. Log out and log back in:

    • Try logging out of your account and then logging back in to refresh your account status.
  3. Clear cache and cookies:

    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove any temporary data that may be causing issues with your Premium subscription.
  4. Reinstall the Spotify app:

    • Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app to ensure you have the latest version of the app and that any bugs or issues are resolved.
  5. Contact Spotify support:

    • If none of these steps work, you can contact Spotify support directly for further assistance.
    • You can reach out to them via their support website or social media accounts.

It's also worth noting that while Premium subscriptions do remove ads and allow you to play any song on demand, some content may still be subject to licensing restrictions and may not be available in all regions.

Hoping to have solved your question!

Let me know how it plays out,

Hello,

Can you tell me how to contact the Spotify support? I can't find anything leading me to that.  I have a new phone reinstalled spotify premium (because I pay) however I'm getting the Spotifiy free app on the new phone and can't remove it.

Yes, of course! To contact Spotify support, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Spotify website and log in to your account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Support" link under the "Help & Support" section.
  3. From there, you can browse through the support articles to see if your issue is addressed.
  4. If you can't find a solution to your problem, click on the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page.
  5. Spotify will then give you a few options for contacting support, such as email or live chat.

Alternatively, you can also contact Spotify support through their social media channels, such as Twitter or Facebook.
