I have a FREE account but I have been charged £9.99! Why ???

Hey @Riolio,

 

It seems that you may have a second account. Fret not, this happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a handy flow-chart to help you solve this conundrum.

This doesn't help. As I don't use Spotify. 

 

Can I cancel my account/s please and how possible is it to get a refund for the charge as I would of never chooses to pay for this.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please get in  contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
