Why can't I downgrade back to Spotify Premium from Spotify Family?

I was upgraded against my will when I switched my payment method from an Australian debit card to a UK debit card, where I'm currently living. 

How can I downgrade back to Spotify Premium (for 1 user - me) and why is no-one in customer service responding to my emails?

You seem to be pretty quick in noticing I've emptied my bank account every time you try and take payment, as I don't want to pay extra for a service I don't need. Surely it's not that hard to switch my account back to Premium.

Really sorry to hear that you are having some problems with your account.

 

Head over to your account overview, cancel your subscription, remove your card details and then subscribe to premium. Should fix the problem..
