Why can't I get the subscription for 99 cents

Why can't I get the subscription for 99 cents

This pops up when I try to do it. "Unfortunately, you're ineligible for this offer because you've previously signed up for a Premium trial or subscription." I understand that I've got the offer before but why can't I do it again? It makes no sense. I'm asking why it does this and if I can get it for 99 cents again.

I keep getting the same error. They just sent me an announcement about that early summer promotion for $.99 for 3 months. When I tried to upgrade for that promotion, it told me the same thing "Unfortunately, you're ineligible for this offer because you've previously signed up for a Premium trial or subscription". It's simply ridiculous, pathetic and odd. They should allow their loyal fans/users to enjoy those promotions without restrictions or limits.

I have the same problem as you and i do not know what to do .
And I sent them an email and they said they would check it .

Same here!  Why send invites to existing members if they can't use it?

I signed up for the Canadian $10 'offer' when all the Android issues made Spoitfy unusable, so I never even got to make proper use of the trial.  Given the appalling lack of support from Spotfy I gave up and just cancelled in frustration.  Now the Android app seems to work I'd like to try Premium again, but not if I have to throw more good money after bad.

Spotify: this is an opportunity to retake some of the goodwill and improve your tarnished image!

It states

"* Terms and conditions apply. Open only to users who haven’t already tried Premium."

The fact is though, I didn't "try" premium, I got a discounted version of premium and I should be able to do it again. It just doesn't make sense to send me an email saying this if I can't even get it anymore.

It says

* The Terms and Conditions of the Spotify Premium for $0.99 Offer apply. Users who have subscribed to the Premium service or who have taken a trial are ineligible for this offer.

Spotify doesn't allow users to take advantage of 2 offers.

That sucksMan Sad

And that's why Spotify's rating and service suck! They should not mass mail/text people those too good to be true type of deals...especially since their pathetic terms & conditions are so greedy and make no sense whatsoever. Spotify should probably read the all the complaints and feedbacks they get from users and make adjustments, improvements, etc...and learn something! Enough with the greediness!!! Yes, we like Spotify...but not the way they run their business. They should not limit how many trial offers people can enjoy. Once a trial offer has expired and used, let us enjoy it again in the future, with no limits or restrictions. We the music listeners and Spotify users are the reason Spotify is in business. Unhappy customers spread their lack of satisfaction and result in more who would leave Spotify!

Spotify, you should keep your listeners and users happy! Let us enjoy the trials with no limits or restrictions!

I completely agree! Ive been a loyal premium subscriber for nearly a year and I can't get this .99¢ offer whereas new users that have never paid spotify a dime can? This is ridiculous! Please offer us some loyalty benefits; at very least allow us to subscribe for a year at a discounted price rather than force us to pay monthly when new users can get 3 months for .33¢ a month. I love this service but this is highway robbery at least acknowledge my loyalty with some sort of discount rather than encourage me to unsubscribe and get my fresh discount by creating a new account.

I only got the 7 day free trial and it says something in the terms and conditions about 30 or 60 day trials, not 7 day ones. I've never taken any other offers either. Why send the message if we can't get it? My sister did a free trial but she was able to use the discount so why cant i?

So my question is why does it say 99 cents and when I click to sign up it wants to charge 9.99??!!

When I tried to get the 99 cent offer for 3 months it said to reload the page and when I did and I put in my details it said I had already used the offer even though I hadn't

I have the same issue too and I'm not Happy with it

Did the 7 days trial finish?

I have never had the premium and it still won't let me. It says "pay with paypal" I sign in and pay but it takes me in a loop doing it again and again never working.

I have had the same problem, I tried for the $11.99 for 3 months deal, put in my card details & they took my money but then said i was ineligible.

This happened last thursday night & I was told the money wasnt taken out, yet money was taken out.

I know its only $11.99 but i would like my money back considering i still dont have premium.

eek, the problem with mine is that I HAVENT TRIED ANY TRIALS FOR PREMIUM OR SIGNED UP BEFORE, I HAVE A TOTALLY NEW ACCOUNT, AND IT SAYS THE SAME THING, ABOUT ME BEING INELIGIBLE BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY TRIED. I am very confused and very sad. :(( SPOTIFY PLEASE FIX THIS

Same Problem Here But i can go threw payment on PayPal, pay the 0,99€ But Spotify doesn't react. PayPal Either.

Why can i pay this With PayPal When, AT the end, Nothing happens anyway?
