Hi @tkguy, Spotify has different licensing rights for different countries, so it's likely that the licensing rights for that particular album changed in the US; whether or not you can play a song doesn't depend on whether or not you have premium, it depends on the licensing rights and contract Spotify has with the artist/record label.
