Why can't I upgrade with a new card and existing premium account? WHY?

Why can't I upgrade with a new card and existing premium account? WHY?

What is up with: 

 

"Oops, you card provider seems to be having a  bad day"-message and I can't use my new card on the account to renew the subscription to premium. 

 

I also get "Unfortunately you are ineligible for the offer you are you were looking for" when trying to do the same; renew the premium subscription?

 

Why is Spotify making it so hard to pay them? 

 

I don't get it. 

 

I have multiple accounts that I manage; 10 in all. I managed to renew 5 premium subscriptions but then it suddenly stopped and I have been unable to renew the other 5 for 7 days now. 

 

The card provider is not having any problems with this. Three different sources have checked. 

 

What to do?

Hello and welcome in the community!
The first thing to try is clearing the cache in your browser or trying again via another browser.
Try again and let me know how it worked.
