Why can't my premium account work on my iPod

I have my original spotify account on my iPhone and I installed spotify on my iPod 5 generation and it won't work as premium it doesn't let me listen to it offline its says error or try again I only have my account logged onto my iPhone and iPod. How do I get the premium to work for my iPod device?

Hey @Wootmarie there's a couple troubleshooting steps you can try here. 

 

First, could you please confirm the operating system on your iPod 5? 

 

Also, have you already tried a clean reinstallation?
