Solved!

Why can't my wife and I listen to 2 separate playlists and devices at the same time?

Why can't my wife and I listen to 2 separate playlists on different devices at the same time?  The reason we upgraded to family premium was to do that. whether we are on pc her iphone or my pixel.  If I'm on the road I want to listen to my playlist it shouldn't boot her off listening right?

Hey @bluesox68,

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.
