I'm sure we can help figure out what's happened here. 


First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.

No i didnt even click on upgrade, ive been having premium since November and this the fisrt time it had happened. I got charged the first time on 07/05/16, then again on 07/10/16

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails--that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  1. If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  2. If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  3. If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.
