Why do I still have Premium?

Why do I still have Premium?

I while ago I decided to cancel my Premium subscription. I was told it would automatically end on the 12th of December. It is now the 20th and I still have Premium and being charged for it. How do I solve this problem?

Hey @HowEmmazing,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
