Why do not I cant login spotify family premium?

I would like to ask why I have been using Facebook binding account, and has received family members letter, but can not login?
And the sys. has always shown that "you can not join this family sharing Premium account. We can not confirm that you are at the same address as 
the primary account holder"And other families are normal can use, especially only I can not login.
Is this really bothering me?
Can you help me with trouble?

Are you living at the same adress? You must live at the same adress to use Spotify Family. If you think this would be an improvement to Spotify you can vote on this idea
