Why does my account sign out when I don't have wi-fi anymore

I ereased all my data from spotify and then signed up again (because it made me sign out) and then a message told me that i could not download my music anymore because i already had 3 sessions with offline mode (and I only have one), i ereased all my sesions, deleted the app and downloaded irt again, loged in again but i still can't get the offline mode, everytime i don't get wi-fi my session closes and i lose my "offline" songs, can i get help please? 😕 😞

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? We'd like to investigate a bit more. 

We'd recommend logging out and back into your account. Hopefully it will help you out.
