Why does my listening keep being interrupted by other users on my account?

I have my 2 children on the same Premium account as me and if I’m listening to music and one of them starts using Spotify it automatically defaults to listen on my phone or theirs. Ideally this option wouldn’t come up at all and we can all listen independently at the same time without interruptions. Any idea how to make that work?

Hey @Dan135,

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.
