Why does spotify keep asking me to pay?

Why does spotify keep asking me to pay?

I updated my billing info and my payment has been processed but every time I try to log in Spotify says my premium account has failed and asks for another $9.99 payment... Again my payment has been processed so why do I keep getting this message?

Very frustrating...

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
