Can anyone shed some light on why I pay for a PREMIUM service and when I try and contact Spotify support they don't reply??

I've already contacted Watchdog to see if they can shed some light on this and will be taking it further.

They are interested in only one thing I am afraid to say, and that is getting your money. And then making sure they KEEP taking your money.
