The same day
Either the second charge will be canceled soon, or it will count towards your subscription next month, so you don't have to worry about your money disappearing! If you'd prefer to get a refund for one of the charges this month, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
