Why is my account disabled

Hello,

 

I had to create this dummy account as I'm not getting any response from support, which is very strange.

 

A few days ago I had an issue with my regular account that was resolved fairly quickly. For some reason my account was disabled the next day and I'm unable to login or post using that account (hence this account). I've tried submitting new support tickets via the contact form and emails from my primary account and have yet received any responses from support.

 

Can someone look into this please. I'm very surprised and concerned that this is happening.

@the_will unfortunately in terms of community there isn't much else we can do to help (otherwise I would definitely do it for you!). If you aren't happy with the response, just reply directly to the email and someone will get back to you again.

Still haven't had any responses or feedback. I don't really care anymore other than that I hope I don't get any more charges from Spotify on my credit card.

@the_will - Someone should definitely have got back to you. Can you let us know your case number (#) from the automated email reply and we can ask someone to check it out?

Thanks Peter and Robbie. Unfortunately, the email I received from support this morning is not helping . I appreciate you guys doing what you can, but I'm stunned how bad support has been considering that I've been very happy with Spotify (as a premo subscriber) for about a year.
