Why is spotify charging my account via uber?

I emailed your CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL for customer service to which the reply was simply "You should post to the community page. They will help you there." Are you kidding me? You guys basically took ten dollars from me for no reason. I expect YOU to rectify this situation. There is NO reason for this charge. I shouldn't have to go through my bank for money you guys should be refunding me. Am I to understand that by clicking "play music on your ride" while in an Uber and NOT clicking "start free trial" you guys automatically go through uber to my personal debit card information and take money??? This needs to be explained and fixed.
