Why is there no funktion to extend members to my Spotify Family account.

Why is there no funktion to extend members to my Spotify Family account.

Hi.

 

I have add my doughter on spotify to my spotify family. Great!

When I one month tater wants to add my son there is no alternative to do it.

Can only disconnect my doughters account.

Contacted support and they instruct me to delete family account and wait one month and start over for add the two accounts at the same time.

There should be on add and one delete for members.

Sorry, but currently that is the only way it is possible.

 

The number of subaccounts (i.e. the number of people you can invite) that you selected during signup cannot be changed. You may however cancel the subscription – at which point all members of the plan revert to Free level subscriptions if the current billing month lapses. You would then sign up again, selecting the number of subaccounts you want. You may re-invite the people you want to keep on the plan.

Got a mail from the forum with the question:

Did it solve your problem?

No it did not. Need to wait twelve more days until I can activate one more member to my family account.

I don’t se that is a solution. Not simple and not fast change.

You need to add one more button that says add family member to get a good function for customers.
