Why isn't the System of a Down album Hypnotize available to play in Ireland?

Spotify wants all the world’s music on Spotify. However, some artists and tracks aren't currently available. Sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership.

However, please know thousands of albums and artists are added to Spotify every day. If you can’t find an artist you’re looking for, they may appear (or reappear) soon.

In the meantime, feel free to contact the artist or their label to ask when they plan to be on Spotify. Thanks!

System of a Down are on Spotify. Every other System of a Down album is on Spotify. 

In fact, the album in question is one half of a double album. 

They released both albums in 2005, 6 months apart. Mezmerize and Hypnotize. 

Mezmerize is available to listen to in Ireland. 

Hypnotize is not. As far as I know, Hypnotize is also available to play on Spotify in other countries. 

So I'll repeat my question. Why isn't the System of a Down album Hypnotize available to play in Ireland? 

Mezmerize and Hypnotize were released by the same band on the same record label in the same year. One can be listened to on Spotify in Ireland. The other can not. Explain?

The reason is always a different one, but it's possible that the artist or label have decided to not make it available in your country at this time. It's not something that Spotify decides.
