Why music starts playing from a from a different device that isn't even mine...

Whenever I go to play music on my device it pops up and says "Now Playing On Web Player(Chrome)", I once used this device for music then I deleted it. So why is my account still being used by a device that I don't even have in my possession anymore? It is annoying because it changes my song or skips my song as if someone else is in control of my account.

In regards to your issue, it's not just as if someone's in control. Someone out there is probably in control. It's best to reach out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter @SpotifyCares ( https://twitter.com/SpotifyCares?s=09 ) or through the online SpotifySupport ( https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/ )

 

 

* Note that if you are going submit a contact form (instead of sending a DM on Twitter), make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Why can I not access my account now after using the support line for Spotify? They locked my account and this **bleep** after I pay for premium and the service they lock me out of my own account

The problem was ressolved, huge thanks to Mark Lester Q. He was a excellent representative and recovered my account along with solving he problem. Th
