Why my wife can´t joint the family subscription.

Can some one explain me why my wife can´t join to our family subscription.

Spotify keeps asking her for the adress, even she put the adress we have and we have used befor she´s unable to join and use spotify.

 

This service SUCKS!!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!

I have the same problem and nobody cares!!  Just give you 48hrs or I´ll cancel my suscription....
