Why was I charged for $9.99

This clearly says for 0.99 I can sign up for 3 months. So why was my card charged 9.99

When I worked for startbucks I did

Unfortunately only users who haven't tried Premium before are eligible for the intro offer.

They didn't say that on the front page where it's advertised nor is there any fine print

This same issue has happened with me, only I didnt even receieve the conformation email from them ( checked spam etc. ) so I didn't realize my errror till this morning when checking my bank account. Having noticed that it would be AMAZING if they had actual customer service assistance to talk with someone about getting a refund and canceling the subscription all together. Now I have to wait upto 48 hours for it to clear and have my bank refuse payment.
