Why was I still charged?

Why was I still charged?

My account was charged, which was fine. But soon after I decided to cancel it because I didn't use Spotify as much as I used to. However, after my card being charged and being cancelled AFTER I paid for another month, I am on the free Spotify. Shouldn't I still have a month of ad free since I paid for it? Or could I just get the 9.99 refunded to my account?

That sounds odd. Can you make sure you're logging in the correct account?

You should check the receipt Spotify send to your email inbox as well. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login detail
