Why won't it let me change from individual to duo?

Good morning, I'm trying to set my account to a duo, I currently have an individual account and it's not letting me change. Can you tell me what I should do.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll be here to help you out. Can you try following these steps to cancel your current Premium Individual subscription? You should then be able to purchase Duo here.
